Photos of Dotmocracy in Municipal Government
I recently uploaded 72 photos of City of Toronto staff and partners using Dotmocracy for internal and external consultations.
These photos show good examples of how to set-up a self-facilitating Dotmocracy wall...
The photos were taken at five different events I facilitated for the City of Toronto this spring. Each event used an open house format were participants were invited to drop-in and review large display panels of information, with Dotmocracy sheets available for giving feedback. This approach worked quite well, although I would have preferred a focused workshop, which tends to produce a higher quantity of complete results based on considered deliberation.
You can view scans of the results from two of the public consultations on the Liberty New Street Study web page.
